Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and solve complex problems

You are a recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time working
experience or a 2025 or 2026 graduate with full-time availability.
You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
You have a user-first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems.
You excel in analytical thinking and problem solving.
You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.
