- As a result we are now looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team and support the commercial and operational activity behind our missions.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working close to the business, taking ownership of their work, and contributing to innovative space projects in a fast-growing international company.
- The focus of the role is day-to-day commercial legal work, while also contributing to more complex and innovative projects in the space sector.
- Working closely with the General Counsel, you’ll manage your own matters end-to-end, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice. You’ll Be: •
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement contracts and customer agreements •
- Supporting commercial transactions with appropriate supervision •
- Providing legal support on complex space-related projects and transactions •
- Managing assigned legal matters independently while escalating risks when needed •
