Requirements
- Candidates are required to reside in the United States.
- experience in People, Culture or HR (ideally as a generalist, HRBP or People leader), with at least 3 years of
- experience directly leading and managing teams
- Previous success leading and influencing in small to mid-sized, high-growth or evolving organizations with the ability to gain credibility and trust at all levels
- Experience coaching and advising senior leaders on complex talent management and organizational design issues Previous
- Strong understanding of distributed team dynamics and what it takes to build culture and effective communication pathways in a fully remote workforce
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance
- Proficiency with a modern HR tech stack to include Gusto, Rippling, Greenhouse and/or Lattice
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience
