This role is a fixed-term contract for an initial 6 months, covering a sickness leave - possible to extend further.

In this role You will support customer order entry and billing, or other priorities, such as: answering customer questions, explaining products and services, troubleshooting with online platforms or order related issues, database or data communication issues.
You will determine customer needs and provide solutions and coordinate with other team members as needed.
You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continue strong customer relationships.
You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements.
Fluent in German & business English Technical record keeping management skills.
