Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute billing activities, perform pre-invoicing checks, investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve billing queries, and ensure timely invoicing and month-end closure.
- Support customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders by handling operational requests related to pricing, invoicing, fleet updates, mileage administration, sales orders, and service job processing.
- Monitor and maintain operational processes, including purchase orders, self-billing activities, intercompany transactions, service provider invoicing, and system-related workflows.
- Perform quarterly regression testing, maintain FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) configurations and user administration, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate testing activities within the cluster.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying process enhancements, implementing solutions, coordinating complex operational activities, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Requirements
- What You'll Do Manage the end-to-end administration of fleet contracts, including customer and vendor setup, contract loading, pricing maintenance, vehicle uploads, fleet updates, and master data management within SAP and fleet management systems.
- experience in a support, customer service, operations, or back-office environment, with at least 1 year of
- experience in a Fleet Back Office role.
- Experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with fleet management or operational systems is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage complex data, billing processes, and operational activities.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and support customers, vendors, and service providers.
