Responsibilities
- What you'll do - Own the end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform for our most strategic customers - Build data integrations and technical solutions to support customer onboarding and adoption - Guide customers with best practices, run demos, and host workshops - Communicate project plans and progress to both technical teams and executive stakeholders - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to feed customer insights back into the roadmap - Help define and scale the Forward
Requirements

- experience in a client-facing role in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment - Equally comfortable handling in-the-weeds product configuration queries and communicating with executives about a project plan - A great communicator who is motivated by building customer relationships and solving customer problems - Highly organised with strong time management across many competing priorities - Energised by owning and successfully completing projects, with the ability to balance detail-focus and big-picture
- Experience building or working with data integrations and APIs - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership without being told what to do - Prior
