- l 1.运管理工厂生产，包括监督和指导所有生产活动，以到达优化质量、控制成本的目标。发展奥托立夫内、外部新业务。主要职责如下： Operation Manager is responsible for managing a production plant.
- Includes planning and directing all activities regarding local production, with the aim of achieving optimum quality, cost control and timing as set by the organization.
- Developing new business with Autoliv internal companies as well as with external customers.
- His/her main responsibility are listed, but not limited to the following: -
- l 2.管理所有生产活动 Directs all production activities at the plant site, 制定生产区域预算 Prepare capital and expense budgets for assigned manufacturing areas -建立和提升生产组织机构、业务及运营体系和流程。 Build up and improve the manufacturing organization structure, business & operation systems and procedures
- l 3.根据奥托立夫经营战略，优化运营政策和项目。 Develop the operations policies and programs in accordance with the overall business strategy.
- l 4.在保证质量、成本、产量的同时，最大限度提升生产效率。 Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility and production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
- l 5.质量/环境/安全职责 Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety: l 了解公司质量环境安全方针，遵守和执行公司管理体系文件规定；
- l Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement; l 了解并遵守工作相关的法律法规；
- l Understand and abide by rule during work; l 了解工作范围的危险源和控制方法。
