- WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead and line-manage a team of Claims Handlers - Drive performance across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Manage workflow allocation and team capacity - Review claims quality and coach team members to improve - Maintain oversight of the claims portfolio and escalate risks early - Attend client meetings as a claims expert - Personally handle a small portfolio of claims to stay technically sharp WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Based in the UK or Ireland with work authorisation -
