Concrete Plant Operator | Springwood Hymix are seeking a reliable, committed and safety-focused Concrete Plant Operator to join our team in Springwood. In your new role with us,
you will: Operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) Carry out stocktaking of raw materials and other stocks Work with dispatch and drivers to achieve efficient starting, finishing, and meal & rest times for drivers Maintain the yard Organizing and liaising with allocations regarding raw material deliveries Minor plant maintenance Operating the plant Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilization and efficiency
