Responsibilities
- Manage team that will deliver high quality, innovative software solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders such as architects, developers, product managers, CSEs and prod support people.
- Support the team by providing direction, clarity and removing obstacles.
- Execute the Product roadmap Ensure teams are highly motivated, performing well, and delivering work on time.
Requirements
- About You You are a technically curious, engineering-minded problem solver who enjoys working on ambiguous and challenging issues who posses A strong foundation in enterprise Java development.
- Experience in enterprise software or high-growth tech environments. You bring Deep Java Expertise: 10+ years of
- experience in Java development, with a strong preference for
- experience within enterprise cloud software companies Open-Source Proficiency: Hands-on
- experience with a range of open-source technologies including Spring, PostGres, Maven, Git, Mockito, Tomcat, Linux, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes Relational Database:
- Experience with relational databases and expert-level SQL skills Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment Excellent communication skills: Proven communication skills to work with the team and the stakeholders.
