Requirements
- Communication style should promote a common understanding of the market, vision, strategy and accountabilities.
- Assists with budget management and resource planning Ensure staff are aware and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, etc. May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work
- Experience managing multiple health systems preferred Demonstrated
- experience implementing strategic initiatives including alignment of company goals and vision with operational execution Demonstrated advanced usage of AI, success in translating AI into Business outcomes, and the ability to move teams from experimentation to scale.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure Ability to effectively lead diverse teams and influence change management Effective communication skills with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment Critical thinking and action planning abilities Certification: CRCR certification required within 9 months of employment (Ensemble supported) **This position pays between $127,000 - $160,000 based on experience, and is eligible for annual incentives.*
- Each associate will earn a professional certification relevant to their field and can obtain tuition reimbursement.
