Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessment of new and existing players at different stages
- Ensure all payment transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with all operating procedures
- Collaborate with the AML department on relevant cases
- Support the Customer Support team with payments and risk-related player queries, including processing withdrawals
- Research and investigate fraud cases, including but not limited to credit card fraud, bank fraud, and identity theft
- Support ad hoc tasks as required by the Team Leader

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations whilst maintaining composure
- Persistent and results-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse nationalities and backgrounds

- We are looking for an Antifraud, Payment and Risk Analyst to join Super, responsible for ensuring that payment requests — both into and out of customer accounts — are evaluated and processed on time.
- This role sits at the intersection of payments, fraud prevention, and risk management, and plays a key part in ensuring that established policies and procedures relating to fraud and risk prevention are followed.
- Assess and escalate cases to the responsible departments as appropriate
- Liaise with external stakeholder service providers to resolve payment processing issues and maintain a high level of service towards players
- Communicate and work closely with a multicultural and multinational team
- Contribute to the improvement of workflows and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
