Requirements
- Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation
- Assist with troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team
- Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures
- Ability to assist with configuring routers and switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team.
- Training Partner FEs are required to complete a 1-hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardware replacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 question test.
- FE must have a pass rate above 90% in order to be a Qualified Technician.
- Partner must not send an FE to site that has not completed this training
