Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic models covering headcount, OpEx, and unit economics across all assigned functions.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with sharp variance analysis and a clear point of view; not just a slide of numbers.
- Support the Director of FP&A in maintaining and improving corporate financial systems, rollforwards, and planning infrastructure.
- Build systems and processes — including agentic workflows and AI-assisted tools — to automate recurring workstreams: variance reporting, commentary, and scenario planning. WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements
- Automated planning infrastructure and AI-embedded systems handle the routine.
- Technical. Strong financial modeling skills. You build models others can use, stress-test them, and know when simplicity beats sophistication. Excel mastery is non-negotiable;
- experience with BI tools, data automation, or coding is a meaningful differentiator.
- Business fluency. You understand SaaS and consumption-based economics and can connect R&D investment decisions to product and revenue outcomes.
- AI fluency. You're genuinely curious about how AI is changing finance work — and you've already started using it.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or technology;
- experience with consumption or usage-based model transitions is a strong differentiator. Demonstrated
- experience partnering with technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus, not a requirement. #LI-JH1 #LI-Hybrid

- This role is for someone who is equally comfortable building a bottoms-up headcount model one day and challenging a business leader's assumptions the next. WHAT YOU'LL DO
