Requirements
- experience providing end user technical support - Hands-on
- experience with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems -
- Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Office 365 -
- Experience using MDM platforms such as ManageEngine, Intune, or similar - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent customer service and communication skills - CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience BONUS -
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting tools - Familiarity with AWS - Interest in branching into security, cloud, or development - Previous startup experience is a strong plus ITAR
