  • Benefits Marketing Analyst will support the service teams in creating communication materials for Carrier & Vendor Partners and partner with the service team to ensure that all client initiatives are executed precisely and flawlessly.
  • This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to the Manager, Data Analytics & Marketing.
  • This is a US-remote or hybrid role with the option to work from any of Newfront’s offices.
  • #LI-Remote What You'll Be Doing: - Partner with sales and service teams to understand the client’s goals leading into the RFP process.
  • - Complete the carrier/vendor marketing process from conception to completion for clients of all sizes with varying lines of coverage and funding types.
  • - Be engaged and aware of the latest product offered by carriers.
  • - Organize client census, plan design information and other data to send to carriers.
  • - Review carrier proposals for accuracy and completeness.
  • - Summarize RFP responses into a client ready presentation.
