Responsibilities
- Draft enterprise-wide compliance communications including policy overviews and compliance case studies demonstrating organizational justice.
- Develop and manage customized compliance training materials.
- Monitor completion percentages for required corporate training.
- Maintain corporate compliance records.
- Develop and maintain Program information on Intranet and Internet sites for correctness and completeness.
- Assign new cases to appropriate investigator and track, monitor and report on investigations.
- Monitor performance of outsourced service provider.
- Prepare information for regular reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Monitor follow up of investigators for timely response and exercise judgment in obtaining case closure.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Human Resources, Compliance, Business or Communications) or Associate's degree plus three years
- experience in related field in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
- Knowledge of creating, designing and posting web pages desired.
Experience
- Minimum two years of experience.
