Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do Pre-Sales & Demos: - Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs - Design and execute proofs of concept (POCs) that enable prospects to evaluate Socket effectively - Address technical objections, troubleshoot issues, and build customer confidence - Translate Socket's capabilities into business value for security and engineering teams Post-Sales & Growth: - Own the success and growth of assigned European enterprise accounts - Create and execute success
Requirements
- experience in customer success, account management, or post-sale technical roles - Prior
- experience in security, developer tools, or SaaS environments - Hands-on technical background: prior software engineering, data science, or equivalent role - Deep familiarity with package managers (at least one of npm or PyPI) and programming ecosystems (at least one of JavaScript or Python) - Understanding of software supply chain security and vulnerability management concepts - Ability to read/write basic scripts in Python, JS, or Go - Knowledge of source control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
