- ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect with deep expertise in life science R&D and enterprise software systems to partner with Benchling's customers in driving the biotech revolution forward.
- RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with biotechnology organizations at the forefront of innovation to assess their IT landscape, understand strategic objectives, and architect solutions that enable mission-critical outcomes - Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery through successful go-live and adoption - Provide ongoing strategic guidance, best practice education, and product engagement recommendations to maximize customer value realization - Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology
- experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry roles and scientific software implementation - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred) - Proven track record leading global implementation teams in enterprise solution design and deployment (Benchling
- experience strongly preferred) - Demonstrated ability to empathize with scientists and rapidly comprehend complex scientific concepts and workflows - Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats, coupled with strong organizational and project management capabilities - Self-directed, adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments - Comfortable operating across functions, organizational levels, and geographies with diverse stakeholder groups -
