  • Growth at this pace is built on people — the team that specifies every element, and the crews that make the night run itself.
  • We are opening our first People & Culture Manager role to build the structure that growth demands, without losing what makes this place a home.
  • Casa means home. That has always applied to our guests. Your job is to make sure it applies, permanently, to our team. The role

  • You report directly to the founders and work from our Barcelona office in Poble Nou.
  • Protect and shape the culture as the team grows: rituals, communication, the standard of hospitality we extend inward, not just outward. Own the employee
  • [3–5+] years in HR, people operations or a generalist people role — ideally in events, hospitality, agency or another fast-moving, project-based environment.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. French is a plus — Monaco is our second address.
