- ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter in Tokyo to partner closely with our Japan leadership team to attract, engage, and close top talent from an array of backgrounds.
- WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Own the Japan recruiting process for GTM roles, primarily Account Executives and other sales roles. - Operate autonomously across the end-to-end cycle, from direct sourcing and screening through close, while ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience at every step.
- - You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese (written and spoken fluency in both are required.) - You have a relentless focus on delivering a high-touch, high-quality recruiting experience, while respecting candidates’ and hiring managers’ time.
- - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Experience
- SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - You have 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, in-house environment. - You have a track record of directly sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional GTM talent (e.g.
