Responsibilities
- Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams in Eastern Europe and help other PI Managers in Europe.
- Coordinate and deliver training in Eastern Europe and other European countries.
Requirements
- YOUR PROFILE University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications. At least 5 years’
- experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role.
- Fluent in English and Polish or Czech - Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
- experience in preparation of reports and presentations.

- Assist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers).
