Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sponsor engagement, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with key decision-makers across clinical development, clinical operations, medical affairs, and strategic outsourcing functions.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored clinical trial solutions that align with sponsor needs and organizational capabilities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems.

- Contribute to the development and refinement of Iterative Health's value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- experience in business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, life sciences, or related commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem, including sponsors, CROs, site networks, and research operations.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage enterprise-level relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving priorities. Preferred
- Experience supporting clinical trials within cardiology, gastroenterology, hepatology, obesity, , immunology, or related therapeutic areas. •
- Experience within a CRO, site network, clinical trial technology company, healthcare technology organization, or sponsor organization.
- Knowledge of decentralized, technology-enabled, or AI-driven clinical research solutions.
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or PhD. •
- Experience managing strategic accounts and driving expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.

- As a Director, Life Sciences at Iterative Health you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across our clinical trials business.

- Serve as a primary commercial representative of Iterative Health to prospective and existing biopharma, biotech, and clinical research partners.
- Partner with clinical operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and ongoing client satisfaction.
