Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

  • Support GTM financial analysis, including operating expense management, headcount planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting to help leaders optimize investments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytics that provide visibility into key business drivers, trends, and opportunities across Sales, GTM, and G&A functions.
  • Lead annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis while communicating insights and recommendations to Finance and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analysis by leveraging automation, AI tools, and new technologies. Analytics & Executive Reporting
  • Improve visibility into business performance through better data models, dashboards, and tooling
  • Design and build advanced dashboards that deliver actionable insights to executives
  • Automate recurring reporting, including AI-assisted presentation development
  • Support high-priority analytical projects and strategic decision-making across Finance

  • We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team and play a key role in business partnering while helping transform how Finance operates in the AI era.
  • This is a highly visible role with broad exposure across the organization, providing the opportunity to influence key business decisions, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and develop a deep understanding of how a high-growth SaaS company operates.
  • As part of our AI Transformation, you will also help identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, automate processes, and improve how Finance delivers insights and operates at scale.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience using AI tools to automate processes, reporting, or analysis
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a high degree of rigor and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively across all levels of the organization •
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred Our values:

Experience

  • 4+ years of finance or related experience, 2+ years in corporate FP&A preferred •
