requirements to support operational efficiency Successful candidates would need the following: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operating room environments Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English Strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
