Responsibilities
- Coordinate site inspections and evaluate progress reports to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Review and validate third-party reports, budgets, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Relationship Managers, vendors, attorneys, and inspectors to resolve escalated issues and maintain project continuity.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards throughout all loan servicing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency in loan servicing platforms; Loan IQ, McCracken and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

- Skills/Experience Needed: 3-5+ in commercial construction loan servicing or monitoring, including syndicated/participated loan.
- The estimated salary range for this position is $32.00 per hour USD to $35.00 per hour USD.
- Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
