Requirements
- OVERVIEW As part of the Client Services Department, the SEO Specialist plays a key role in the expansion and growth of the division.
- They have a good understanding and hands-on
- experience in all areas of search engine optimization (SEO) and are pivotal to the successful planning and execution of international SEO strategies across industries and ranging from B2B to B2C - from short-term projects to ongoing engagements, always helping them boost their online presence and reach a wider international audience through organic search.
- The SEO Specialist is strategic and data-driven, commercially minded and client-focused.
- They find it easy to explain SEO concepts and strategy to clients and colleagues.
- QUALIFICATIONS -Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent -Minimum 4 years of
- experience in SEO -Experience client-side in the retail or travel industries or agency-side servicing international clients -Confident with coordinating internal teams, competent giving feedback and having difficult conversations with colleagues and clients -Confident making strategic recommendations and competent in client calls, meetings and presentations -Experience auditing websites, performing keyword research and competitor analyses to determine the best strategic approach to improve SEO performance
- experience with industry tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Omniture) DESIRED SKILLS AND
- EXPERIENCE -Knowledge of a second language is a plus -Knowledge of MS Project -Experience in digital copywriting and conversion optimization -Experience in genAI custom assistant/agent creation for SEO workflow and processes
