Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to define strategic objectives and monitor outcomes.
- Establish and maintain clear commercial targets and design concepts as guiding principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across functional areas to enable sound business decision-making.
- Form and lead cross-functional teams by strategically allocating resources, setting milestones, and aligning team members' skills with project needs.
- Integrate project execution into ResMed’s Portfolio Management and Governance systems.
- Plan and manage project budgets in line with ROI targets; provide recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
- Deliver timely assessments on project viability and highlight critical path dependencies and risks.

- Track record of delivering projects aligned with time-to-market objectives.
Requirements
- Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle. Demonstrated
- experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Formal training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, DFSS, experimental design).
- Proven ability to manage scheduling, cost, and performance of design projects.
- experience across multiple business functions.
