About the Role As the Senior Quality Engineer on the Network Appliances team , you will oversee the creation and proper coverage for a test plan, with hands on ability to support the development team.
Should use technical understanding to be able to execute end to end test cases for any given project.
experience in software quality, testing and automation.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and application network protocols.
Experience with automated test infrastructure in a cloud environment.
Experience with performing exploratory testing approaches to bolster quality.
Experience with device drivers, especially in network appliance contexts.
Familiarity with IDS/IPS technologies and how they operate in real-world networks.
Understanding of network topologies and inter-device interactions.
experience working with AWS or other public cloud platforms.
Background in cybersecurity, security operations, or related domains.
