- WHAT YOU'LL OWN - All analytics pipelines, data pond, and data schemas (our source of truth) - Customer health monitoring, alerting and predictive analytics / churn risk - Outcome labeling and eval datasets for our AI agents - Agent funnel analysis, prioritization and working with a Conversation Designer - Client facing dashboards and QBR reporting (Omni / Looker) - Experiment setup, new metrics, go/no-go decisions (Statsig) - ETL pipelines from 3rd party databases like EHRs, CRMs and whatcomes.
- - You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory - Responsible for data quality, completeness and uptime - MORE - You tell us WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or analytics-heavy roles - Strong SQL and Python — you write production-quality code - ETL
- Experience deploying internal AI Agents to uplevel the broader team - Bias toward pragmatic solutions NICE TO HAVES - Healthcare / EHR experience, HIPAA familiarity - Omni, Temporal, GCP -
- Experience with AI agent evals, monitoring and testing WHAT'S AHEAD - Agent Backtest / Golden Datasets - Patient profiles, deep personalization based on past interactions and relevant medical history. - You'll help define and hire another Data person later in 2026 as we keep on scaling.
