Responsibilities
- Develop eLearning and classroom materials aligned with internal standards and guidelines
- Design assets for social media, web, and other communication channels
- Ensure all visual outputs meet brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards Project Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with team members on creative concepts and process improvements
- Support the Design Team Lead in reviewing content to ensure consistency and adherence to learning design principles
- Review SME audio recordings for quality and recommend improvements where needed
- Maintain visual and instructional quality across all design outputs Team Support & Development
- Incorporate AI tools into the design process to enhance productivity and creativity
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability in design workflows Required Skills
Requirements
- The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs), as well as the ability to contribute creatively while maintaining consistency and quality across all outputs. Key
- Excellent working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of digital multimedia formats and publishing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows (with examples of usage preferred) Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of
- experience in graphic design (agency or in-house) Preferred / Desirable Skills •
- Experience designing digital learning content
- Familiarity with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning tools
- Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Audition, or similar Work Environment
