Responsibilities
- Revenue Operations & Advanced Invoicing - Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in complex billing cycles and compliance with bespoke customer agreements. - Identify bottlenecks in the billing workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks. - Perform root-cause analysis on recurring billing discrepancies and implement permanent process fixes while communicating with leadership on the context of the issues. 2.
- Scalable Customer Onboarding - Audit and validate customer agreements to ensure financial data integrity before account creation. - Create customer accounts and process sensitive financial data accurately. - Identify bottlenecks in the customer creation workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks and other softwares such as HubSpot, SpotDraft, etc. 3.
- Strategic Customer Support & Problem Solving - Manage high-priority or complex customer financial inquiries, translating technical issues into clear, professional communication. - Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to resolve structural billing hurdles for clients. 4.
Requirements
- Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. -
- experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations (senior-level ownership expected).
- - Technical Mastery: At least 4+ in NetSuite & Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills- must be comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to identify trends or errors.
