Responsibilities
- Champion a strong safety culture by leading compliance initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime and reliability of crushing, screening, and mobile equipment.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and collaborative teamwork.
