Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account planning and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to align on performance objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Category Planning and internal teams to meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Identify, assess, and respond to customer needs while promoting Goodyear’s full product portfolio and driving sell-out activities.
Requirements
- What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of
- experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships and developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
- Communication required with Goodyear Canada Inc. Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Headquarters in Akron, Ohio.

- The pay range for this position is $105 288,00 CAD - $150 412,00 CAD However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
