Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of three embedded data scientists & analysts
- Own weekly planning, prioritisation, and delivery oversight across the team's workstreams
- Manage intake processes and stakeholder expectations across business verticals
- Own and maintain key reporting surface across our BI infrastructure
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners across all functions
Requirements

- experience leading a data and analytics team, ideally in a marketplace or platform business &
- experience managing and developing analysts and data scientists at different seniority levels
- experience presenting to or advising executive teams
- Analytical Rigor: Hands-on SQL proficiency — comfortable getting into the detail when needed
- experience in a scale-up or growth-stage company is a plus
- This data is the cornerstone of developing more accurate, nuanced, and aligned AI systems.
