Requirements
- Our Data & AI team of 60+ professionals powers the analytics, data engineering, and AI capabilities that drive CHG's business forward across divisions including CompHealth, Weatherby Healthcare, and Modio Health.
- We're looking for a curious, analytically minded undergraduate to join our Data & Analytics team for the summer.
- You'll work alongside data analysts, data engineers, and AI practitioners on real business problems — not busywork.
- Responsibilities Support analysts in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting in tools like Metabase and Streamlit Assist with data exploration and analysis using SQL and Python against our Snowflake data warehouse Help document data definitions, KPIs, and metric logic as part of our Semantic Layer initiative Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team stand-ups within an agile delivery model Contribute to at least one defined analytics or AI project with a clear deliverable by end
- Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (junior or senior standing preferred) Hands-on
- experience with SQL — you're comfortable writing queries and know your way around a relational dataset Familiarity with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy) is a strong plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar) is helpful Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail — you ask good questions and follow the data Clear written and verbal communication skills; you can explain findings to a non-technical audience Self-starter mindset: you don't wait to be told what to do next Preferred Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar) Familiarity with dbt or data modeling concepts Interest in AI, machine
