In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive.
Our new tiered pay structure rewards clinicians who want to grow their caseload, with no cap on your earnings:
💵 $75–$90 per session , based on weekly caseload volume

💰 Base salary of approximately $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week)

We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California.

Most of our clinicians choose the 1099 Independent Contractor model for the flexibility and earning potential.
For clinicians who want traditional benefits, we also offer a W-2 pathway for those who consistently complete 17+ sessions per week.
