Requirements
- Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily production and assembly activities to meet output targets, schedules, and KPIs Support line setup, equipment preparation, and basic troubleshooting during production runs Guide and support operators to follow GMP, Quality, OH&S, and safety procedures Perform and verify in‑process and final quality checks on products Monitor production performance and escalate issues to supervisors when required Ensure accurate completion of production, quality, and traceability
- experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations Completed vocational training, certificate, or equivalent hands‑on
- experience Familiar with SOPs, work instructions, and production processes Basic understanding of quality, safety, and compliance requirements Preferred:
- Experience in medical device, electronics, automotive, or regulated manufacturing Exposure to GMP or ISO environments
