Responsibilities

Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License AND National Pharmacy Technician Certification Required. What You’ll Do:
State-registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician ; CPhT required 2+ years of
experience as a pharmacy technician required; 5+ years preferred
High School Diploma or GED Required

We’re hiring a Pharmacy Refill Technician to support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications.
This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
Schedule: In Office, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM (potential for hybrid schedule)
Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims. What You’ll Get:
