Requirements

  • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License AND National Pharmacy Technician Certification Required. What You’ll Do:
  • State-registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician ; CPhT required 2+ years of
  • experience as a pharmacy technician required; 5+ years preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • We’re hiring a Pharmacy Refill Technician to support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications.
  • This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Schedule: In Office, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM (potential for hybrid schedule)
  • Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
  • Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
  • Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
  • Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims. What You’ll Get:
