Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- experience to support energetics and chemical manufacturing processes, including evaluating safe processes, equipment, and facility design; formulating risk mitigation strategies; providing technical expertise in new process startup activities; evaluating standard operating procedures (SOPs); performing malfunction and incident investigations; and interacting with technical customers to provide process engineering and safety expertise.
- Experience managing projects, facilitating meetings, investigating incidents, and facilitating hazard analyses is required.
