Requirements

Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
experience in complex, multi-site environments Deep expertise in inpatient, outpatient, and/or professional coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
Experience supporting academic medical centers or large teaching hospitals Proven track record managing high-volume operations and large, distributed teams Strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills Preferred AHIMA or AAPC certification (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC)
