  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software - Background creating content for technical or complex products (ERP, accounting, finance tools) - Comfortable on video for product demos, tutorials, or educational content -
  • Experience with content-led growth or product-led growth strategies - Familiarity with verticalized messaging for different industries or company sizes -
  • Experience with Notion SUCCESS METRICS You'll be measured on: - Growing our content resource hub and maintaining a consistent publishing calendar of high-quality pieces that reinforce our core market perceptions - Publishing customer stories that demonstrate real results - Long term measurable reduction in average sales cycle length

  • You'll be responsible for telling the story of our product in creative, engaging ways that educate buyers, shorten sales cycles, and reinforce our core market perceptions.
  • This is a highly creative role for someone who thinks beyond traditional B2B content formats.
  • WHAT YOU'LL DO Own our product content strategy and calendar: - Publish 4-5 high-quality pieces per month across multiple formats - Build a library of core assets that reduce average sales cycle length Create compelling content across diverse formats: - Product education and announcements that make complex functionality accessible and drive adoption - Customer stories and case studies that build social proof and demonstrate real results - Deep-dive how-to guides, webinars, video tutorials, and interactive
