Responsibilities
- Review and optimize machining processes for maximum efficiency and tool longevity.
- Collaborate on designing jigs, fixtures, and special equipment for CNC applications.
- Implement and track cost improvements.
- Ensure all programming follows current standards and best practices.
- Support the selection of new equipment and tools.
Requirements
- What You’ll Do A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or equivalent.
- Comfort with CAD/CAM software (Catia V5 / OpenMind HyperMill) and 3D modeling.
- Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. Nice-to-have:
- experience with Visual Basic for macros and a knack for improving machining strategies.
