Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics dashboards, reporting, visualizations, and presentations for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Establish deep expertise in People data structures, data sources, business rules, and systems to ensure accurate and trusted reporting.
- Drive data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives across the People function.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, retention, mobility, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Develop scalable analytics solutions that improve self-service reporting and reduce manual effort.
- Lead cross-functional projects and workstreams related to workforce analytics, data strategy, and reporting transformation.

Requirements
- As a senior member of the People Analytics function, this role combines deep expertise in People data, analytics, and reporting with strong business partnership skills.
- The ideal candidate brings a clear understanding of data governance, systems, metrics, and storytelling, and is able to turn complex workforce data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced
- experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Minimum of 8 years of
- experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a closely related field. Demonstrated
- experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into analytics solutions. Strong
- experience working with People data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting across HR systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.
