Senior Business Analyst (Finance)

Responsibilities

Support Finance transformation initiatives through data-led insights.
Design (15%): Translate financial reporting and planning
Collaborate with finance SMEs and data teams to ensure alignment of reporting definitions and metrics.
Enhance financial reporting capabilities through automation and improved data structures.
Execute & Govern (50%): Ensure integrity and reconciliation of financial data across systems.
Support and enhance Finance analytics products.
Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL and analytics techniques to uncover trends in Revenue, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other Finance and Procurement related products.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Support governance of finance data assets, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Validate data
Develop user documentation and reporting standards.
Support training on financial dashboards and analytics tools.

Contribute to finance data roadmap aligned with enterprise AI and analytics goals.
Work within Agile frameworks to deliver incremental data capabilities.
What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related discipline
experience in financial data analysis or business analytics. Strong understanding of financial processes (FP&A, reporting, consolidation).
Experience with ERP systems and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SAP).

This role will partner closely with Finance stakeholders and Data Translators to support financial planning, reporting, and performance management initiatives.
