Senior Business Analyst (Finance)

Responsibilities

  • Support Finance transformation initiatives through data-led insights.
  • Design (15%): Translate financial reporting and planning
  • Collaborate with finance SMEs and data teams to ensure alignment of reporting definitions and metrics.
  • Enhance financial reporting capabilities through automation and improved data structures.
  • Execute & Govern (50%): Ensure integrity and reconciliation of financial data across systems.
  • Support and enhance Finance analytics products.
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL and analytics techniques to uncover trends in Revenue, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other Finance and Procurement related products.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Support governance of finance data assets, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Validate data
  • Develop user documentation and reporting standards.
  • Support training on financial dashboards and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Contribute to finance data roadmap aligned with enterprise AI and analytics goals.
  • Work within Agile frameworks to deliver incremental data capabilities.
  • What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related discipline
  • experience in financial data analysis or business analytics. Strong understanding of financial processes (FP&A, reporting, consolidation).
  • Experience with ERP systems and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SAP).
