Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, including job postings, recruitment platforms, employer branding initiatives, and LinkedIn-based outreach.

- experience in a SaaS company , consulting , or recruitment firm is strongly preferred. Proven
- experience in hiring across a diverse range of roles and functions.
- Have working knowledge of various job boards like - Naukri, Hirist, IIM Jobs, Indeed etc. Skilled in industry mapping , talent scouting , and executing targeted hiring strategies for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
