Responsibilities
- Support the accounting process (general, auxiliary, analytical) for multiple entities, including cash, real estate, income, payroll, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with tax and social security obligations (VAT, corporate income tax, payroll taxes, etc.) in collaboration with local advisors
- Optimize and automate accounting and financial workflows by improving use of tools (ERP, billing systems, TMS, etc.) About you

- You will join the finance team to help internalize accounting operations while supporting Mistral AI’s rapid growth.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (DCG, DSCG, Master’s degree, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the French accounting standards (PCG)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in an accounting firm
