Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) - Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals - Train and support parents and caregivers - Maintain accurate documentation and data collection - Participate in team meetings and case consultations

- Finni Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, mission-driven team!

- Our Progressive approach to ABA empowers BCBAs with professional autonomy, encouraging clinical judgment and in-the-moment decision-making while delivering a thoughtful, learner-centered curriculum for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field - Current BCBA certification through the BACB - In-home ABA
