Responsibilities
- Build and own the candidate pipeline for engineering roles, from initial sourcing through offer
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach engineers who aren't applying to job boards
- A track record of hiring strong engineers at companies with a high bar •
Requirements
- experience in the software industry
- The ability to partner with engineering leaders as a peer, not just a scheduler
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) Startup
- Sigma is the AI Apps and agentic analytics platform built on the cloud data warehouse.

- The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $135,000 annually.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
- Base pay is one component of Sigma Computing’s total compensation package, which also includes eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to 25%, stock options/equity, and a comprehensive
- benefits package. On-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $137,500 – $168,5750 annually. About us:
