Responsibilities
- Collaborates cross-department to ensure activations are immersive and tie into NYRA’s overall goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Applies practical knowledge of the hospitality field to administer best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
- Qualifications: Preferred Skills: Trouble Shooting Skills Proficiency:
- Microsoft word/excel/powerpoint
- Knowledge of scripting software a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with a focus on marketing, communications, sport/event management preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in live events required

- Helps to implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Guest Service & Hospitality strategy.
- Responsible for tracking guest services issues, coordinating events, and ensuring high quality experiences/hospitality for all guests.
- Essential Functions: Works under general supervision to accomplish key tasks for the Guest Services & Hospitality team, following best practices and techniques in order to meet organizational standards of excellence.
- Provides direct support for guest service operations, ensuring smooth event execution and hospitality experiences.
